Inchtuthill Coach House is located near to the village of Spittalfield between Dunkeld and Blairgowrie. A mile and half down a farm road, the property is very secluded with beautiful views stretching to Birnam Hill to the west of the property – the views are forever changing depending on the time of year.
The property is detached and sits adjacent to the owners property.
The former Coach House has been tastefully converted to form an open-plan living area including kitchen, dining room and sitting room. There is a balcony overlooking the garden with seating – the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day with a glass of wine or cup of tea! A great sun trap when the weather is kind.
In the sitting room there is a log-burning stove (logs are supplied by the owner), a lovely feature and a real treat on a cold or miserable day. There is also a flat screen TV with Sky freeview and a DVD player with plenty of films suitable for children and adults. Fast Wifi is also available.
The kitchen has all the mod-cons including a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine/tumble dryer – everything you need to be self sufficient. Tesco and Asda deliver to the property so there is no need to go anywhere if you fancy getting away from it for a week or two!
There are 2 bedrooms, the main bedroom has a kingsize double bed and the 2nd bedroom has adult sized bunk beds. The bathroom has a white suite and has a bath and shower with under floor heating.
Garden and parking: The Coach house has its own fenced in private garden so is secure for dogs and small children. There is a picnic table in the garden and further seating on the balcony of the property overlooking the garden. There is private parking for 2 cars.
